William “Willie” Sibley, age 68, passed away at his home on Thursday, April 22, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. William was born the son of Harold and Geraldine (Smith) Sibley on May 24, 1952, in Morrison, Illinois. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.

Willie was a man of God, a light for Jesus, and touched the lives of many, especially the lives of his children. He enjoyed bowling, vacationing with Diana in Branson, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 26 years, Diana; children, Dannette (Mike) Ramsey, Joey (Donnell) Jones, Michael Jones, and Roganna Chamberlain; 12 grandchildren, Alex Ramsey, Kayla Thomlinson, Joseph Ramsey, Justin (Payton) Hamilton, Joshua Jones, Jared (Lydia) Jones, Wyatt Jones, Kelsey Jones, Riley Smith, Kolton Smith, Ashlynn Chamberlain, and Ariel Chamberlain; and 1 great-grandchild, Chloe Jones; sister, Becky Baguss; sister-in-law, Terri Thompson; niece, Annie Thompson; nieces and nephews, Alan, Cassandra, Johnny, Chrissy, Connie, Shelly, Marsha, and Scott; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Leslie Graham, Dallas Graham, and Harold Sibley.

Family will greet friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021, with funeral service following at 2:00 p.m., at Calvary Apostolic Church, 2611 Easton Blvd, Des Moines.
