Barbara J. Robinson

Barbara Jean Robinson, age 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

Barbara was born June 11, 1934 in Des Moines, Iowa to Marion and Helen Baker. Family was her primary focus throughout her life. She was a member of Berean Church and enjoyed shopping in her free time, but her heart was home with her family where she was most content.

She is survived by her children, Kathy (Joe) Farnum, Rick Robinson, Debbie (Ronnie) Machir, and Con Jr. (Dee Dee) Robinson; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Dixie Osborn and Mike Baker.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Robinson, Sr.; parents, Marion and Helen Baker; sisters, Jeanie Bennett and Sandy Baysinger; and her grandson, Michael Farnum.

Services will be held at Berean Church, 5299 E University Ave, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2021. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021, and will conclude with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
