Glenn E. Wright, 83, passed away at his home on April 3, 2021.
Glenn was born August 18, 1937 in Reno Nevada. He grew up in Oregon. Glenn joined the Air Force right out of high school. In 1965, he married Evelynne Thacker and they settled in Iowa. While in the Air Force stationed in Morocco, he trained Sentry dogs. Glenn volunteered for Vietnam but never went. He loved all animals and their needs always came first.
Glenn is survived by his children, Matthew (Amy) Wright and Paulette (Gilbert) Putz; grandchildren, Shawn, Ryan, Ilyse and Sarah; and his great-grandchildren, Keely and Laxus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pauline Wright; siblings, Donna Morrill and Stanley Wright; and his beloved wife Evelynne.

I'm very sorry to hear of Glenn's passing. He and my dad (Jim) met in the Air Force in 1959. They remained friends ever since. My dad spoke of Glenn often and always very kindly.
