Diana Johnson

Diana Lynn Johnson, age 61 passed away at Mercy Hospital March 19, 2021 from Cancer.

Diana was born to Alfred and Beverly Johnson on May 18, 1959, in Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoyed painting, fishing, and spending time with family, grandkids and her beloved dog Ginger.

She is survived by her parents, Alfred, and Beverly Johnson of Pleasant Hill; daughter, Tanisha (Joel) Mapes of Earlham; sister, Lynn (Todd) Omundson of Pleasant Hill; grandkids Londyn and Morgan. Many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Johnson, nephew Jaxson Horvatich, cousin Mike Johnson, and her aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Diana’s visitation will be held at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines from 4 to 6 pm, Tuesday March 23rd, 2021. Graveside services will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Pleasant Hill at 11am, Wednesday March 24th.
