Phyllis Marie Coakley, age 62, passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Phyllis was born the daughter of David and Margaret (Dowd) Conn on January 24, 1959 in Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing online casino slots.

Those left to cherish her memory include her longtime partner, Michael Blair; loving daughters, Misty Davidson and Nichole Kidd; grandchildren, Jonah, Nicolas, Kelsey, Taylor, Isaac, Autumn, and Annika; one great-granddaughter on the way, Winter; Siblings, Linda Cornwell, David Conn and step-sister, Sharon Parrot; and nephew, Michael Wood.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Wood; and nephew, Brian Pete.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Ding Darling Shelter House in Birdland Park, 2100 Saylor Rd., Des Moines.
