William W.R. Carberry

Bill Carberry was born September 11, 1934, in Des Moines and died September 24, 2009, at the Granger Care Center. Funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday, October 1, 2009, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Sunset Cemetery. A visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Bill married his first wife, Jeanne and to this union two children were born, Brian (Pam) Carberry and Laurie (Pete) Emig.
Along with his children, he is survived by his wife, Patricia; sisters, Maureen (Bob) Plevin and Christine Carberry; brother, Steve (Jane) Carberry; step children, Rick (Grace) Myers and Michael (Sue) Myers; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his second wife, Ramona Myers and a stepson Dennis Myers.
The family would like to thank Granger Care Center and Iowa Hospice for all their care during Bill's illness.
