Bill M. Snow

Bill M. Snow, 84, passed away Monday, September 21, 2009 at Bright Kavanagh House. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, September 25, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church, 3100 Easton Blvd. followed by burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
Bill was born November 9, 1924 to George and Edith (Moberg) Snow. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Bill married Betty Jeanne Stark on August 11, 1946. Bill worked over 30 years for the U.S. Postal Service and retired in 1988 as a rural route supervisor. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Presbyterian Peacemakers, and the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association. He loved gardening and animals, especially dogs.
Bill is survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty, son, Kenneth Mark (Susan) Snow and their children, Bryan and Ellen, and daughter, Cynthia (Louis) Ball and their twins, Julia and Logan. He was preceded in death by daughter Janice Marie in 1965.
