Keith Alvin Bolton

Keith A. Bolton, 67, died at his home on Thursday, September 10, 2009. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with burial to follow at Avon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Keith was born November 13, 1941 to Virgil and Edna Bolton in Madrid. He graduated from Madrid High School in 1960 and served in the military police in the Army. Keith retired from John Deere after 34 ½ years of service in 1998 and was a member of Local Union 450. He was a volunteer firefighter with the Delaware Township in Altoona and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Keith is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Lisa Eggers, Brian Bolton, William (Anne) Bolton, and Missy (Joe) Sartell; grandchildren, Steven, Ryan, Jamie, Noah, Matalyn, Ashley, Kaylee, and Brooklyn; brothers, Dick (Elizabeth) Bolton and John Bolton; sisters, Marylou Sigmund and Sue (John) Meeker; and a host of other family and beloved friends. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
