Jackie Petithory, age 81, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. She was born the daughter of Arlene and Charles Petithory II, on May 1, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Jackie loved to crochet and play games on her tablet. You could always find her outside gardening and enjoying being in the sunlight.

She is lovingly survived by her sons, William Petithory and John Petithory; grandchildren, David, Billy, Brock, KC, Miranda, Kevin, Chance, Jayden and Nicolas; many great-grandchildren; siblings, Dennis Petithory and Rick (Sue) Petithory; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles; and great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Rachel.

Per Jackie’s wishes, no services will be held.

Memorial contributions can be directed to the ARL or to the Wounded Warriors.
