The last time I was with Dick was at a cousin reunion, Dick regaled a story about my dad, Ralph Weaver, my grampa Ray and Jack went to a bar in Walker Minn. The story was that my dad played the piano while the other patrons kept buying them drink after drink. I had never heard that before. Since my dads been gone over 61 years, it was good to hear.

Ahlberg Family,
I had the pleasure of visiting with Dick and Ron before the 7:30 Mass every Sunday before the pandemic hit.
I feel that Dick was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met, knowing now he has entered into eternal life.
Best regards to family,
George Kinley

I want to Express my condolences, your family is in my prayers, I did not have the chance to meet all of you, but I did meet uncle Dick,he went to my wedding 15 years ago when I married Becky Lincoln and he was always good to me when I saw him often at maryellens. I know he was a kind father and loved his family that he talked about often. I knew from the first time I met him he cared about faith and family, i admired his love and devotion to the care of his son ronnie and his home, his church, his siblings, his family. He knew what was most important and followed them ,it was the commandments we are given in the Bible the love of God and neighbor, your in my prayers and send you hugs.

Uncle Dick was always so kind to me, he was a sweet person who I know will be missed . When my nana maryellen passed , uncle Dick was grieving for his sisters loss but was such a great comfort to me as I said good bye to my grandma. Uncle Dick and Nancy, you both got me threw the funeral and I hope you all feel the same comfort i felt when Dick and Nancy both let me cry on your shoulder and as dick held my hand to say goodbye at hospice. He was always so good to me ,I have great memories of him growing up to always hang onto. Always remember the happy times with your Dad,grandpa, your mom who was a wonderful person. The both of them I know are at peace. I send my love and prayers to everyone. Love Becky
