Bridget was a longtime supporter of the NEIAI and acted as a great proponent of forensic science in her service to the public. She led the largest forensic organization in the world and has continued to have positive effects throughout the forensic community. I was extremely fortunate to have many personal conversations with Bridget over the years regarding the state of forensics and she was always a beacon of reason. She will be missed by many, including her NEIAI family!

I have seldom known a person with more honesty, ethics, and integrity than Bridget. It is a sad day that she will no longer be here to exert her values and lead with a character of honor and service to others as her only motivations.

I met Bridget over 30 years ago when i first got into Law Enforcement. Her enthusiasm for forensic science, and specifically latent print examination, helped inspire me to follow a similar path. I had the opportunity to work with her at the Iowa Crime Lab and serve with her as part of the International Association for Identification leadership. She will be missed. RIP Bridget....

I can think of no one more devoted to the science of friction ridge analysis than Bridget. Her years of friendship to those of us who shared her passion for the profession will not be forgotten. Rest in peace my friend.

I know that Bridget was proud of her career with The Des Moines Police Department, starting as a Police Cadet and retiring as an Identification Technician. She performed both jobs with the utmost of dedication. She was a great worker and more importantly a great friend to all who knew her.
John, you were a great mentor to a young cop back in 1974. I'll always have great memories of you and Bridget. My deepest sympathy and respect goes out to you at your time of loss.
