Sharon R. Ringstad

Sharon Radine Ringstad, age 82, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Sharon was born October 22, 1938 in Radcliffe, Iowa to Thomas and Hazel (Wang) Olson. She married Roger Ringstad on January 18, 1958. She was everything to her family and friends. Sharon was a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross in Altoona. She enjoyed traveling, playing golf, spending time with her family and friends, and living life to its fullest.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Roger; children, Robert (Pat) Ringstad, Judy (Kevin) Dennis, and Brenda (Phillip) Broadway; grandchildren, Brett Ringstad, Karly Ringstad, Tim (Jill) Dennis, Tara (TJ) Patterson, Blake Broadway, and Zoey Broadway; great-granddaughter, Marley; brother, Lee Olson; and a host of other family and beloved friends.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Hazel Olson; son, Dale Ringstad; and granddaughter, Bailey Ringstad.

There will a memorial service held in the spring with burial of her urn at Altoona Cemetery next to her son, Dale.
