Donna Brockman, 81, was born December 28, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa and passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at University Park Nursing and Rehab here in Des Moines.

Donna is survived by her son, Rick (Christine) Brockman; grandchildren, Tayler (Dan) Kruse and Andrea Brockman; great-granddaughter, Emery Kruse; other loving relatives and many special friends. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Brockman.
