Beverly J. Lockwood, 85, passed away on January 21, 2021 at UnityPoint Hospice-Taylor House. She was born in Fairfield, Iowa on January 12, 1936, the daughter of John and Margaret (Ellerman) Forney.

Beverly is survived by her daughters; Melanie (Doug) Hutchins and Lynne Ekstrum; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and her brother, John (Lois) Forney. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother and sister in law, LaVerne (Judy) Forney.

At this time there will be no services, due to Covid-19. Burial will be private.
