Dear Barb and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Its been years since I have seen or talked to Mark, but it seems like yesterday since we hung around each other as good friends. Wow, I wish I could apologize to him for throwing all his homework out the window of his car in highschool. I wish.
I have multiple memories of spending time with him, and I'm glad you were able to spend MORE time with him. He was always a " Nice guy."
Again, I am so sorry.

Dear Barb and family,
There was never a more encouraging, supportive leader than Mark. Mark always made everyone feel welcome and part of the KG family. I met Mark 13 years ago. He was the first to interview me at KG. During that interview, I could sense the passion he had for his work, team and family. I will always value the time we had together. ❤
With sincere sympathy,
Tony

Barb and Family, it's hard to find the words to express my condolences, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Mark was one of the best, and I have so many great stories & memories of him that I will cherish forever. The one I think of frequently is when we both ran at the Loop the Lake race. He kicked my butt, but was at the finish line cheering me on like I had won the whole thing. That was the kid of leader and friend he was. He put others before himself. All of us who worked with/for him are better for it. He will be greatly missed. Love to you all. - Cindy Gerjets

Im so sorry for your loss. Mark was truly an amazing man and an absolute joy to work with. I always looked forward to the Division meetings where he seemed to personally know every GM by name and store number and they knew him. He had an incredible memory and would tell stories about launching this store or hiring that GM showing how much his coworkers meant to him. It was like being at a really large family reunion. He challenged us to always be our best and recognized and sincerely appreciated our partnership and friendship. Mark will be deeply missed.
