Robert Jeffries

Robert E. Jeffries, 79, passed away January 6, 2021 at Adel Acres. Private burial of his cremated remains will take place at Iowa Veterans Cemetery.

Bob was born March 30, 1941 to William and Matrid Jeffries in Webster City, IA. He was a long time union member of the sheet metal workers and a veteran of the US Navy. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, Pepsi, and peanut butter cookies. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed.

He is survived by his children, Stephanie (Kevin) Cousins, Shawn (Mark) Rice and Robbie (Mary) Jeffries; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters, JoAnn (Bud) Sorensen and Pat (Doug) Lange; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Kaye Jeffries, brother, Barry, sister, Helen, and his parents.
