Ramon K. Greenwood

Ramon Kenneth Greenwood, age 70, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020.

Ramon was born August 15, 1950 in Des Moines, Iowa to Kenneth and Lenore Greenwood. He lived in Maxwell, Iowa for most of his life. He served in the National Guard. Ramon worked as a machinist for Hach Company in Ames for over 20 years and drove buses for Iowa State University.

He is survived by his sister, Lynn Hood and his niece and nephew, Michelle Stowe and Michael (Susan) Stowe.

Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Lenore Greenwood and his sister, Linda Greenwood.

Ramon will be cremated and there will be no formal services held at this time.

Ramon was a great neighbor, he was only on our street for a short couple years but this man would do anything for anyone! Loved hearing his stories and about his dog Lisa. He loved our dogs and the neighborhood dogs, he will be greatly missed!
Condolences to all the family in this time of healing. If you need anything at all we are at 112.

even though we both worked alot and missed alot of yrs hanging out im glad we hung out and got pretty close the last 5 yrs even though we wanted to butt heads i will miss ya take care of mom i will spread you along side her as i know your sister was your best friend love ya buddy
