Josephine Pleasant, 81, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Fountain West Care Center. Memorial visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Flanagan's, 2120 Ingersoll.
Josephine was born August 18, 1928 to Franklin and Elva Cratty in Des Moines.
Josephine is survived by her daughter, Connie Scott; grandsons, Jeff DeMoss and Tim Scott; brothers, Lawrence and Lionel Cratty; and her sister, Bonnie Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marie Alexander; and brother, Gene Cratty.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fountain West Care Center in loving memory of Josephine.

My very sincere and deep symphathy to all the family of Josephine. She was a very nice client to take care of when she was still living in her apartment in Woodburn. I have missed those Wednesdays of being there with her. May God be with each and everyone of you,Thinking of each one of you.
