Dear BIG DON's FAMILY:
Don (also known as BIG DON...Papa...Omego) indeed led a full life....!
You always knew when BIG DON (Dad) called that by golly he had a project he was working on for the day... he had an ol' expression..." For God's sake...let's get this or that accomplished today...
Usually it would be working on cars that he was an ace at...and it MUST get done today...
Then you all got together relaxed.. joked and got merry, but rest assured that project better have been accomplished...
If he had a dollar in his pocket and someone needed a sandwich or even a loan, he would make it happen... That dollar would always buy you a sandwich and he would even go without..... Now later...he'd gobble down a sturdy bowl of beans and rice.... he'd love to have that PORTERHOUSE... but then you might hear the next day..... IT'S ROUGH... it's rough...
And I pity the person that said no to him... We all can still hear "HELL NO! "
Even when he was down in bed.....
Big Don could still orchestrate his projects and wishes.....and someone always stood up to the plate to get his wishes finished.
You couldn't ask for a better Grandpa as a babysitter..he would again try anything to please them....he'd give them his last dime to buy that bike.......
We're never ever prepared to have our loved ones leave us, but rest assured each and every day we can still hear his voice...
and if he were here now... he'd say straighten up Amigo...I'm still with you,
See now he get's that porterhouse and beer...! HELL YEAH!
Love,
Theresa and Donnie Wiggins

Dear Big Don's Family:
Don was known as BIG DON... PAPA...Amigo.. indeed he led a full life.
You always knew that when Big Don (DAD) called that by golly he had a project for the day... he had an ol' expression.. "FOR GOD'S SAKE" lets get this or that done today.
Usually it would be working on family cars... it he could fix it, trust me he'd get er done, and beware he may send you to the auto parts store a few times that day... so at the end of the day when everything is said and done...
THEN...We all got together...joked ( which he was a joker..half the time I believed his joke, and then he always say the traditional " just joking sugar"............. and then we'd all get merry and the night would roll on.......

After we all partied with Don.....
He had the softer side..most knew him as a partier, but if you were family you knew if he had a dollar in his pocket and a baby needed a sandwich, or you needed a loan/car he'd be on it....That dollar would always go to you, and he would go without dinner if need be.....
Later though you'd see him gobbling down his famous beans n' rice ...he'd sure love to have a
PORTERHOUSE STEAK though...and a juicy McDonalds burger...but lo and behold later he'd tell you "IT'S ROUGH... it's Rough... whether it was the beer or the burger....he'd tell you it was rough! Ha!
I pity the poor person that made him mad... we all can still hear HELL NO!
Even when he was down in bed he could still orchestrate his wishes....
And someone always stood up to the plate to get things done for him.....
You couldn't ask for a better babysitter for his Grandkids...he would try everything that he could to please them and give his last dime to them for even a bike...........
We never ever prepared to have our loved ones leave us...but rest assured we all still hear his deep voice....WASSSS UP AMIGO!!!!
And if he were here now he'd say STRAIGHTEN UP AMIGO....get on with it...I'm still with you....but now I feel great and think I'm going to have a Porterhouse steak and a beer.....
He'd say HAVE A DRINK ON ME....I'm buying! Get yourself a steak while you are there......
HELL YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love,
Donnie Gary , Theresa and all your Family ! We want you happy !
