I've known Glen my whole life since he was one of my Dad's best friends and like a brother to him. Glen and Kathy were more like an extra Uncle and Aunt to us growing up as we would visit them when we went to Iowa to see other family. I fondly remember when the Weaver's came to Colorado to visit us various times over the years growing up too, including Glen filming my wedding which was special.
I know Glen and my Dad enjoyed visiting various cities, national parks, and historical places together on a few memorable trips. As they traveled they would reminisce about the old days growing up in Des Moines, serving in the military, and their families...Glen and my Dad could talk for hours and hours if we would let them! I am sure now that they are reunited they are catching up and will be for a while, which brings me some comfort.
My thoughts are with Kathy and Missy as they treasure special memories with Glen.
Sending love and prayers,
