So sorry to hear of the passing of a truly great man of God! I was honored to know Bob & Carole thanks to my sister, Kay Rothert. I attended a few church services as well as all the times the Principal Singers performed at the church and he ALWAYS blessed us with his beautiful voice. When Mom passed away we found that all of her friend singers had passed away and she had wanted HOW GREAT THOU ART at her service. Bob & Carole were planning to attend her funeral so kind of on the spur of the moment we asked if he would honor her by singing her favorite song. Not only did he sing for us, he "preached" a mini-service regarding his connection to our family. While sad that he is no longer here on earth, I know he is basking in Heaven's glory and filling the skies with his beautiful voice!

Like a real brother. He worked with my husband, Laverne at Wonder Bread for many years. He married us, buried us and just all around wonderful friends. Feels like a part of our lives is gone. Nobody could sing better than him.

So thankful I had a wonderful chat with Bob at Brothers service and while having snacks at the church after, last month. We had some good laughs about life and it's surprises it brings over the years. From the first time I met Bob and Carole I felt a beautiful love connection through the lord. You will be missed by those at the church, family and those that knew you and your kind heart.. See you in heaven Bob.

I will always remember the kind Uncle who brought baked goodies to our house and who loved my Aunt Carole with all of his heart. Deepest sympathies.
Many tears are falling in Atlanta.

We will always remember Bob for his great kindness, his dedication to God and his powerfully beautiful singing. We have many special memories of Bob and Carole through the years, especially at Trinity Open Bible Church. We know they are singing together in heaven for their Lord.
