Faron Brockman

Faron Andrew Brockman, 49, died suddenly Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Mercy Hospital.
A funeral service will be held, Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 2:30 PM at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St, in Des Moines. Visitation will occur from 6-8 PM, Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Faron was born May 21, 1960 to Veralie and Dale Brockman in Des Moines, Iowa.
Faron served in the Army. He enjoyed animals of all sorts, writing poetry and weather watching (he loved watching a good storm roll in).
He is survived by his mother; Veralie Norris, his children; Dale (Jodie Cosner) Brockman and Andrea (Stetson) Williams; sister, DeAnna Cervantes; half-siblings, Gary and Jamie Brockman; his grandson; Kane Brockman; girlfriend, Jody Lawrence.
He was preceded in death by his siblings: Danny, Richard and Lorea; and father, Dale Brockman.
