Marilynn Norris

Marilynn Norris was born on December 1, 1941 in Des Moines, IA to Henry and Vera (Clark) Catron. She was married to Allan Edler in 1961 and then married Robert Norris in 1970.
Marilynn enjoyed time with her family and being a caretaker to all her friends. She was retired from Western Tool.
Marilynn is survived by sons, Mark Edler of Altoona, Paul (Nancy) Edler of Cambridge, Tommy (Kelly) Norris of Prior Lake, MN; Gordon (Sheila) Norris of Nathale, VA; Robert (Lisa) Norris of Colo; David (Libby) Norris of Toano, VA; daughters, Teresa (Reed) Hiemstra of Baxter; Susan (Joe) Pinkston of Pocola, OK; and Cindy (Ernie) Walker of Des Moines; sisters, Marie Whiteley of Quincy, Il. and Catherine Hoffman of Des Moines; brothers, Allen (Debbie) Catron of LaBelle, MO and Martin Catron of Taylor, MO; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Norris and her parents.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Elkhart Christian Church. A visitation with family present will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the church.
