Service Details
Jerry A. Pearson, 53, died Friday, July 17, 2009. Memorial services will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2009 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
Jerry was born June 13, 1956 to Morris and Esther Pearson in Monroe and spent most of his adult life in Newton. He worked in construction for many years and enjoyed going West with his brother, watching Westerns on TV, and spending time with friends, and the outdoors.
Jerry is survived by his sisters, Linda (Alan) Rundall and Judy Singer; brothers, Joe, Jeff, Jack, and Jim, Pearson; many nieces and nephews; and a host of beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

The Class of 1974 of Monroe just had our 35year reunion and Jerry was in some of the pictures in our slide show. We remember him and offer your family our condolences and prayers while you mourn the loss of your loved one.

I used to see Jerry in Newton once in awhile. We always had a nice visit. He was a good and caring person. His spirit is now free from the troubles of this world.
