Patricia Ann "Sugarfoot" Williams was born Patricia Lee on July 5, 1955. She was raised by her grandmother, Lucille Rife. She attended Visitation School and St. Joseph's Catholic High School. Patricia left St. Joseph's in her sophomore year and attended East High School. Sugarfoot moved to Denver, CO and attended Denver Community College were she earned her Certified Nurses Aide license. She lived in Denver for 19 years before returning to Des Moines.
Sugarfoot helped raise her nephew, Robert "Boo" Anderson. She enjoyed motherhood. She loved family and being around people. Sugarfoot enjoyed game shows, watching The Young and The Restless, playing BINGO and going to Prairie Meadows.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory four sisters, Kimberly Lee, from Denver CO, Ericia (Greg) Clark, from St. Louis MO, June (Robert) Hall and Elenora Anderson, both from Des Moines IA; brother, Hosea Riley from Denver CO; nephew/son, Robert Anderson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by; her brother, Timothy B. Lee; grandmother, Lucille Rife.

With all my love and blessing I pray that you are at peace resting with our Father. It it his will and time that all good things must come to pass. It is his will to take his child and our gift. Through this loss he wishes to show us how to love and to live and flourish; that you did! I miss you, I miss your smile and most of all I miss your voice on the phone when I called saying "yes kitty kitty". I love you more then words can ever say.
Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25-26
So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 1 Corinthians 15:42-44
