Norman and the entire Lindsey family, our heartfelt sympathy goes out to each and every one of you. We know this will be an extreme time of sorrow and a huge void in your lives. Betty was such a 'gem'. Just to look at her beautiful smile gives comfort that she is at peace now and with our Lord and Savior in Heaven. We are grateful daily that we got to know Betty personally and spend the cherished times together. Family is indeed 'thick as mud'. Knowing Betty these past years will be treasured forever. She always had a smile and a heart as large as the universe. She was always thinking and doing for others, never once asking what could be done for her. She was truly a giver and provider. I'm sure she has left blessed memories in all the children she cared for over the past years and she will always be remembered by all who knew her. Norman, you will experience a huge void in your life from this day forward, as I know first hand with my Dad and in the loss of my Mom on April 25th when the Lord called her home. We pray that you will look to the Lord for strength and comfort. The Lord will prevail. I know my Mom and Betty both wanted to visit again, but the Lord had other plans for them. They can now visit together in Heaven and have a friend indeed. No one on earth can or will ever replace the love and freindship both of these wonderful ladies gave to Marvin and I. They both will be sadly missed forever. Norman, please take care and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family always. Lindsey Family....we love you all. God Bless.
