Donna Jean Eby, 62, of Des Moines passed away on June 16, 2009 at her home. She will be cremated and burial of the cremains will be at a later date at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Bloomfield, Iowa.
Donna was a bookkeeper at Wells Fargo, loved all animals and had an interest in the Special Olympics. She is survived by her mother Cleo Eby and her sister Eileen Eby.

Dear Mrs Eby,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your daughter. I will be praying for you and your family through these next weeks.
I remember you from your nursing home inspector days. I always enjoyed you when you were in our homes and you were always so very nice to me. I was a social work consultant.
