Charlotte Wong, 80, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at The Shores in Pleasant Hill. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Charlotte was born February 14, 1929 in Cedar Rapids, IA. She was a dietician for Iowa Methodist Medical Center for over 30 years. Charlotte loved flee markets, garage sales and going to the Senior Center.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Tom (Kyrie Garras) Wong and Linda Wong; grandchildren, China, Maylee and Shane Wong; and great-granddaughter, Jayde Kearney. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe and 15 brothers and sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Archie Brooks Senior Community Center.

I am saddened and very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother, Tom. I never met her but dad told me a few stories that made me laugh.I hope you may take some relief knowing that she is in a better place and pain free.If there is anything we can do for any of you please do not hesitate.
