Clayton Lloyd

Clayton Carter Lloyd passed away on August 30, 2020, due to injuries sustained from a tragic accident. He was born to Paul and Linnea Lloyd on October 8, 2017.

From the moment he was born, he had everyone wrapped around his finger. All boy and full of energy, Clayton loved dancing, running, jumping, and playing outside. He was a true ladies man with the most contagious smile. Clayton loved being the center of attention and announcing himself as he entered a room saying, “I’m here. Did you miss me?”

Clayton’s memory will forever be cherished by his mommy and daddy, Linnea and Paul; big brother, Liam Lloyd; big sisters, Makayla Watkins and Mataya Vorm; maternal grandparents, Susan (Bryan) Aller and Jeff (Candace) Dacus; paternal grandparents, Larry and Tina Lloyd; his great-grandparents, Melba and Dean Barr, Vickie and Don Duede, Sonny and Anne Aller, Dan and Linda Ells, and Dorothy Comstock. He is also survived by his great great-grandma, Barb Hand, as well as his loving aunts and uncles, Ashley (Will) Westphal, Tyler (Katie) Aller, Nathaniel Aller, Ashley Dacus, Elizabeth Ashley Farris, Andrew Aller, Jeffery Farris, Tyler (Brittany) Lloyd, and Brian Lloyd.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines, with visitation one hour prior to service time from 1-2 p.m.
