Paris Queen Motes

Paris Queen Motes became an angel of Heaven on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. She was born on July 3, 2020 to Manahil Ibrahim & Tend Motes.

Paris loved snuggling with her pink heart blanket, holding hands, receiving plenty of kisses from her family, and being told “I love you” an uncountable amount of times. Even though her time on this earth was brief, she made big imprints on the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed by her family.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving mommy and daddy, Manahil Ibrahim & Tend Motes; her siblings, Mesiah Ibrahim and Meayla Motes; paternal grandmother, Latashia Head (Steve Gibbs); paternal grandfather, Leonard Motes; maternal grandparents, Rob & Natalie Francis; great-grandmother, Marcella Head; great-paternal grandfather, Melvin Motes; aunts & uncles, Hadil Ibrahim, Hager Ibrahim, Mathani Ibrahim, Maryam Ibrahim, Adlan Ibrahim, Daeshaun Brown (Kendra Little), Leonard Motes, III, Malaya Motes, Davion Motes, Destiny Motes, Lexi Motes, Areial Motes, Taylor Francis, Marcus Francis, Damir Young, and Kay Kay; and a host of cousins & extended loving family. She will always be remembered dearly and held close in our hearts.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., with funeral service to begin at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 4, 2020 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
