Rose Marie Golob, 76, passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at her home in Des Moines.
Rose was born June 12, 1944 to Jesse and Pola (Leos) Mora. She worked as a bookkeeper for George’s Diesel Service for many years. Rose was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Kucinski; sons, Anthony, George III, and Rick Golob; grandchildren, John Grove, Toni and Ryan Smith, Kendra and Kali Golob; great-grandchildren, Leah, Josiah and Mariah Smith, Colin Miller, Owen Guzman, and Olivia Smith; sisters, Patricia Garcia, Anna Murphy, Theresa Garrison, and Margaret (Joe) Howe.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Pola and Jesse Mora, her husband, George Golob Jr., and her brothers-in-law, Darrell Murphy and Robert Garrison.
Graveside service will take place at Laurel Hill Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2020.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society in loving memory of Rose.
