Grace Moore, 71, passed away at her home May 27, 2009. Services are pending.
Grace loved to cook and take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and had a passion for shopping.
Grace retired from the State of Iowa after working for over 25 years.
Grace is survived by her daughter, Denise (Daniel Green) McGregory; brothers, David (Ameda) Williams, Jerry Williams and Eugene Woods; sisters, Vivian Woods, Carrie Manual and Wilma Colbert; four grandchildren, Delores, Lawrence, Lance and Danielle McGregory; seven great-grandchildren, Jayvon McGregory, Joshay Robinson, Joe Robinson, Shawn Daye, Taj Lane, Jayden McGregory and Quiyeon McGregory; and a host of other extended relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her children Eugene and Deborah Moore.

I Wish I Could Have Seen You One More Time , But I Know That Your In a Better Place. I Miss Your Cooking And Those Early Saturday Mornings When You Bought Me And Lance Our Burger King Breakfast.

Aunt Grace I will truly miss you and thank you for all the wonderful memories. I will never forget your kindness after the passing of my eldest brother Jimmy and especially how good you fed us:) There will never be another person like you that was so straight forward and that wouldn't take any mess.
