Emery Carlyle Bubany, Jr.

Emery Bubany, Jr., 76, died peacefully Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Kavanagh on 56th St. in Des Moines. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter, IA.
Emery was born March 2, 1933 in Des Moines to Blanche and Emery Bubany, Sr. He was in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He taught in the Des Moines School System for more than thirty years.
Emery is survived by his son, Bill and his step-daughter, Wendy Glenn. He was preceded in death by his parents.
