Ardelle Deardorff, 75, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Taylor House in Des Moines. She was born September 20, 1933, in Westmont, Illinois.
Ardelle enjoyed reading, collecting movies and spending time with her cats. She was an avid sports fan. Ardelle worked as a home typist for EDS and did clerical work for American Republic Insurance Company.
Ardelle is survived by numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle and Cletus Deardorff; and a brother, Leroy.
No services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Ardelle.
