Luther Fulbright

Luther Fulbright, 57, born October 28, 1949 in Des Moines, Iowa passed away on January 17, 2007 at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames, Iowa. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will begin one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
Luther served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed driving semis, hunting and fishing. He was also an ordained minister at King of Kings Missionary Baptist Church.
Luther is survived by two sisters, Shirley Faye Thomas (Gary E.) and Charlene Scott both of Des Moines; two aunts, Sarah Metcalf and Selba Donley ; eight nephews; as well as a host of other friends and relatives.
Luther was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Mary L. Fulbright, his wife Ascenion Fulbright and daughter, Tammy Fulbright.
