Clyde Bill Taylor, Sr.

Clyde Taylor, Sr. passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Clyde was born March 17, 1946, in Des Moines and remained in the Des Moines area most of his life. He was a dredge operator for Hallett Materials for many years until his retirement in 2000. Clyde enjoyed NASCAR and sitting on his front deck watching nature.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Clyde Jr. (Marva), Robert, James (Serena), Ruby, Michael and Tyneka (Chris Conner) Taylor; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
