Doris Schneider

Doris Schneider, 80, was born February 24, 1940 in New Athens, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Gladys (Kinzel) Steinwagner. She passed away peacefully Friday, July 31, 2020 at Taylor House.

Doris will lovingly be remembered as a dedicated, loving wife, mother and grandmother who cherished time spent with her family.

Doris is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Joseph; sons, Jeffrey (Annie) Schneider, Kurt J. (Carol) Schneider, Ward A. (Kristin) Schneider and Troy D. (Dina) Schneider; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Rosemary (John) Brewer and brothers, Roy Steinwagner and Frank (Cindy) Steinwagner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Earl Steinwagner and her sister, Annamarie Hager.
