Vicky S. Hernandez
1969-2020
A Celebration of life for Vicky S. Hernandez will be held on July 31st, 2020 11am at 31635 Ashworth Road in Waukee, Iowa. Black is not to be worn; she wanted a party not a sob fest.
Vicky was born in May 1969 in the small town of Adel, Iowa to Larry and Mary Burrell. She was the beloved wife and best friend to her husband Jose. A loving mother of Lacey, Lan, and LeAnna. She is survived by her siblings Veda, Brad, and Billie. A devoted member of the Mosaic family. She will be missed by all… the squirrels in the world.
Just to let y’all know, Vicky led a good life and had a peaceful death – but the transition was a bitch. And for the record, she did not lose her battle with cancer. When she died, the cancer died, so technically it was a tie! She was ready to meet her Maker, we are just not sure “The Maker” is ready to meet Vicky.
[See Mom! This is why you don't put us in charge with anything. We had to embarrass you one last time]
Love,
Lacey and LeAnna
