I am very sad but also very mad. Once again this terrible disease has taken the life of someone I care a lot about and love. When I think of Teri I remember only really great times and laughing until our sides hurt. She was a very special person and will be missed by many. Until we meet again my dear friend.....

Of the many attributes that Teri had, the one that stands out the most to me is her kindness. I am Lorna's youngest sister, and when I moved back to Iowa, my children and I were welcomed into the Thompson fold especially by Teri. She had a way of truly caring when she asked how you were, and remembering little details about you that made a person feel so special. I remember her laughter and pride in her family. I am so sorry for this tremendous loss. I hope that somehow the family will find joy through the tears as her unending love and memories bring peace.
