Carolyn Cooper, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Pine Hill Cemetery.
Carolyn was born August 10, 1943 in Des Moines. She graduated from Bondurant-Farrar High School. Carolyn worked for the Winn Dixie Grocery Store and was a member of Faith United Fellowship in Florida. She loved being outdoors and going for long walks.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Raymond (Stephanie) Cooper and Tiffany (Chris) Meitner; father, Leo Waterhouse; brother, Bill Waterhouse; sister, Diane Jordan; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Velma Waterhouse.

Carolyn and I played together as kids when our parents got together. We got to stay together at grandma's house all night one night that I can remember. We were her 2 farm granddaughters. I will always remember our younger days. Now another angel has been added to our family group. God bless you all.
