Trina D. Kirkendall

Trina Deloris Kirkendall, age 61, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020 at her home in Des Moines.

Trina was born December 28, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa to George and Verna (Worthington) Kirkendall. She enjoyed her job working at Gordman’s and made many friendships there. Her favorite pastime was watching soap operas, but above all she loved her family and cherished time spent with them.

Trina is survived by her daughter, Brittanya (Chad) Freeborn; grandsons, Rylie, Zander, and Traven; sister, Janet (Richard) Harmon; sister-in-law, Norma Linn; and nephews, Gary, Bo, and David.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Kirkendall; mother, Verna Musselman; brother, Gary Linn; and niece, Dawn Linn.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date when people can safely gather.
