Leslie “Les” Wilson

Les Wilson passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his home at the age of 71. He was born on May 11, 1949 to Stella (Osten) and Allen Wilson in Newton, Iowa.

Les served in the U.S. Army, and enjoyed a career in maintenance for numerous care centers.

He is survived by his wife, Stella; children, Todd Wilson, Tonya Wilson, Cora Hardwick, and Shawn Rooker; 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and sister, Donna Reese.

There will be a celebration of life on Thursday July 16, from 5-7 pm at the American Legion in Mitchellville, 111 Center Ave N.
