Curtis D. Bash, 77, passed away at his home on June 27, 2020, surrounded by his beautiful girls and loved ones. He was born in Des Moines on July 27, 1942, to Marjorie Marietta and Clifford Bash.
Curtis loved his country and was proud to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He lived life to the fullest and believed it to be beautiful even to the end.
Curtis is survived by his wife of 33 years, Teresa; 2 sons, James and Sean; 5 daughters, Lisa, Rebecca, Ana, Michelle, and Patricia; along with several “adopted” children. He is also survived by two siblings, Denita and Steven; 18 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren with 2 others on the way; and his beloved four-legged daughter, Sheva.
Curtis was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandy; brother, Louis; parents, Marjorie and Clifford; step-father, Donald and four-legged son, Theodore.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at Berean Church, 5299 E. University Ave. in Pleasant Hill, with burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 10-11 a.m.

Trish & to the rest of the family. I am so sorry to hear of Curt's passing . I worked with Curt back in the 90's for Ambassador Foods down in the Monfort Cafe. He was fun to work with . He liked to sing while he was working. He was all out a good guy . May he RIP
