Thelma Leach

Thelma Maxine Leach, 85, of Des Moines died in her sleep on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday at Mt. Zion Church, 8383 Ridgeview Drive in Des Moines, ¾ mile south of County Line Rd. and ¾ mile east of SW9th Street. There will be a meal following services.
Thelma had owned and operated the Family Music Center and previous to her stroke had attended the 1st Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her son Dave (Dorothy) Leach of Des Moines and their children Arlo (Sally) and Cyndi; her son Dr. Robert Allen (Vicki) Leach of Starkville, MS and their children Robby (Lisa), Zach, Amber (Joey) and Veronica and grandchildren Christina, Ryan and Madison; her daughter Margaret Ann Leach of Arden, NC and her son Gregorio; her 95 year old brother Lester Strubhar of Pensacola, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph.
She went straight to Heaven without telling us, and is waiting to visit with us there, and you better show up.
