Blanche Lucille Formaro, 90 passed away June 10, 2020 at Polk City Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born November 29, 1929 to Curtis and Dora Allen in Des Moines, IA.
Blanche graduated from East High School. She worked as a Homemaker and at the Iowa State Fair. Blanche loved dancing.
Blanche is survived by her sister Kay, and 3 grandsons, and many great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters, 3 brothers, 2 sons and a grandson.
Blanche was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
