Dear Diane, Steve, and family:
It is with much regret and sadness that we send our most sincere condolences to you and your family members regarding the passing of our good friends Marilyn and Norm Miller. We loved them both dearly and had lunch with them several times over the years. I will forever be grateful for Norms guidance and assistance both in his classroom, as one of his students, and in his promotion of me as a school administrator within the DMPS. Everyone that we know loved both Marilyn and Norm and all of the vice principals and principals knew that Norm was willing to stand up and support them in the performance of their duties. I thought of him as an Admiral of the good ship DMPS. He always steered us in the right direction and was always willing to listen to our concerns.
Going to the gun range will never be the same without him, as Ive never been there on my own without him. He was an inspiration as a man and was always very Christian his approach to life. Our thoughts and prayers will be with each of you in the days and months that lie ahead.
