Jailyn Anne Foltz was born at 6:04 a.m., September 17, 2019, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, and received her angel wings the same day.
Jailyn was born to Emily Freeman and Roderick Reaves, Sr. She has three sisters: Haylee Hillis, Emma Reaves, and Zoey Reaves; and three brothers: Noah Williams, Dravin Reaves, and Roderick Reaves, Jr.
Jailyn is also survived by her grandmothers Susan Eshelman, Martha Freeman, and Heather Cruz; great-grandmothers Dixie Foltz and Anna Marie Turner; aunts Megan (John) Henrickson and Sara (Jeff) Marcum; and her godfather Kobe Dickson.
She is dearly loved by all her family.
Jailyn was met at Heaven’s gate by her Uncle Trent and her godmother, Supa Morris-Page, who passed away in February of this year.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 12 2020, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
