Edward Simmons, age 70, died May 21, 2020 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines Iowa.
Edward was born February 28, 1950 in Des Moines Iowa. He worked his adult life in the Des Moines area at numerous venues. Edward had a passion for bird watching, he read several books in regards to his enthusiasm for birds.
He will be missed by the caring staff at Polk City Nursing and Rehab and his friend and guardian, Jan Tuel.
Cremation will occur and no services will be held per Edward’s request.
