I was a classmate of Toms in Jefferson. I have many fond memories of his warm personality and great smile. We spent many hours on snow days playing cards with friends with many laughs. Very sorry for your loss and god bless.

While I have numerous fond memories of Tom, the ones that come mind are from wrestling. Tom was hard-working, always ready to help his teammates, but most of all, he was fun to be around. Whether smiling or laughing, Tom made others feel happier.
I send my deepest condolences to Tom's family and friends. May they know that he left a lasting mark on many.

Tom and his beautiful family have had a profound effect on our family. From the first moments we began working to get his family to Iowa until now, Tom, his father and mother , sister and brothers have taught us about deep family love and respect. Tom personified these values.
Three generations of my family lovingly remember Tom and his influence with Iowas families and children.
