Thomas L. Davis, 62, of Des Moines went to be with his Lord and Savior on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009 at the Bright Kavanagh House. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam war and survived by his 2 brothers Ron Davis of DSM and Rick (Susan) Davis of Chandler, AZ, 7 nieces and nephews and numerous other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Ron and Ricky,
I am sorry to hear about Tom's passing. It must be difficult to lose a brother. Jeanne called and told me she saw Tom's obituary in the paper. I found Ricky's address in Chandler AZ but couldn't find Ron's in Des Moines to send a card. I just hope you two brothers are close. Am deeply sorry for your loss.
Maureen passed away May 08. She lived in Richardson with my family for 3 years. She had Alzheimer's and over time she just wore out. I miss her so much. I also miss her crazy friends - your parents, Dreyers, Jeglums, and all. Our parents were so much fun after we realized they weren't so square.
Ron, please email me your address and #. If I'm ever in Des Moines I'd like to have coffee with you and talk about our parents, etc. You know if it wasn't for Gen and Mo fixing my parents up on a blind date I won't be here! Call if you're ever visiting the Dallas area. We have a guest room and would love to see you. Daughter Abby, 23 is a senior at the University of Iowa and Callie, 20 is sophmore at TCU in Ft. Worth. Jill, Jeanne and I talk on the phone but that's about it.
Am remembering you in my prayers.
